My mother having been a Yogini in Japan since I was a little child, the Yogic lifestyle was always a part of my childhood.
I then moved to India, where I deepened my knowledge of Yoga practice and Yoga philosophy, whilst studying Bharatanatyam (Indian traditional dance), Carnatic music (South Indian Music) and Sanskrit language for 6 years.
During my 6 years in India, I attended Sangit Bhavan for a year in Shantiniketan, West Bengal and then moved to Kalakshetra in Chennai where I received a first class diploma in Bharatanatyam dance.
I have always been open to different styles of Yoga and meditation and have attended various schools in India and in the US. However, the main styles I follow are traditional Sivananda Yoga and Yoga Renge, my mum's Yoga style that provide a holistic approach, which is based on the Indian traditional hatha yoga, Buddhist/zen philosopies and . My mother's Yoga school in Japan celebrate its 45th anniversary in 2025.
My aim is to constantly improve myself and pursue the yogic path adapted to each stage of my life.
Having completed the internationally recognized Yoga Teacher Training Course at Sivananda Yoga Ashram in 2018, I am happy to be able to share with others the beautiful moments to nourish the mind and body.
