Sivananda yoga class consists of pranayama (breathing), asana (postures) and meditation.
Gentle yoga is similar to Sivananda yoga but with more meditative movements and less challenging postures.
Morning pranayama (breathing), soft movements and meditation classes are held online for 30 minutes and free participation (need to pre-register). These classes are free of charge for people who take regular classes.
